Project description and design traits:

Fu Ling district located in the central part of Chongqing municipality where belonged with hinterland of three gorges reservoir region, exactly being in the crucial part crossed by both Changjian and Wujiang river and therefore so called gateway of southeast of Sichuan province. Long Qiao chemical fiber industry park bounded by Changjian river in the southeast bank, southern region of Hu Ling river in the west, and divided by the Li Du new zone in the northwest.

Developing goal is to transform the chemical fiber industrial park into a place that has sound infrastructure and public service facilities. In this region, society, industry and environment develop together in harmony, a modern eco-industry zone emerged with its integrative chain that included sectors of oil, fiber, natural gas, intensive chemistry.

Improved traffic status could enhance the construction of supporting facilities, adjusting industrial structure, optimizing eco-environment, form sound urban image, eventually,  this chemical fiber industrial park would be transform as a modern eco-industry park.
